Hot under the collar

Temperature’s rising still, and my daily commute seems to morph closer every day into an out-take from a Sydney Lumet film. Howling Audi drivers, miffed business leaders, bimbos in Bentleys – they’re out in force, so watch your back and ride deep if possible! The police are not here to help.

If anyone is interested in road riding, I’m planning to do a nice little route through Krivoklatsko/Berounka on Saturday. After three cancellations of bike-related events this week, I’ve had it! Now or never, dammit! Route suggestions are welcome.

You say what? The little spratky are riding bikes on our Prague streets? Why didn't you SAY something, ty vole?!

You don’t check the weather forecast often, do you?🙂
Here’s a quick one for you, focus especially on the precipitation and wind speed: http://www.chmu.cz/meteo/ov/aladin/results/index.php?run=latest&all=on

Micah, You can be sure Salo has ruined any possibility of sunshine. He is like a Native American raindance. Once the drums are beating, the rain is on its way.

Well I might have stood on tonto’s ceremony by choosing in native fashion to disregard Czech weathermen. It is pissing down now, cool and windy. Tomorrow might just be ok after all! How’s Bordeleux? Will you catch any of the tour?

I just saw the time trial yesterday and the sprint finish of the 18th stage the day before. It was beast. I’ll post some photos on the blog soon. Life is all good here. I hope to get some polo in this week. I’ll keep you posted.
